You can return the items you bought online within 2 days after the delivery date. To create the return request, you can contact our call center on 920001530. Alternatively, if the purchase was made with a registered online account, you can follow the steps below:

Login to your account.
From your dashboard, choose the order you would like to fully or partially return.
Select the product(s) you wish to return.
For each product, fill in all the required fields:
Quantity to be returned.
Reason for return.
Condition of the product you wish to return.
Our customer service team will follow the necessary procedure and send you an email containing an airway bill that you can use in order to ship back the product(s) to us using our courier: SEMSA

Below is a list of conditions in which returns may not be accepted:

Return requested 48 hours after receiving the product.
Return requested due to product usage, damage because of usage or misusage.
Consumable products.
Untagged products, products missing original labels or serial numbers, missing accessories.
Specific products such as: personal care, skin care, hair care or products that are sold in meters or by weight such as wires, chains, tiles, paints or chemicals.
Upon receiving your package, the SACO team will inspect and review its condition, and accordingly proceed with the refund process. A refund will be made to the original card used for payment within 7 working days (Please consider the additional time that might be required by your bank).
