The trimmer does work. I think the aspect ratio of the image can be deceiving, as the actual width of the blade is only about 2cm. This should be good for trimming select areas of the beard, but it takes long when trimming a full face beard.

Motor has plenty of power. Attachments click on/off easily. The "stand" is a joke - - but I keep my whole kit in a dresser drawer anyway. This is my second one of these. The fist is still functioning well when plugged in - but its battery doesn't seem to hold a charge any more. MEH!!
