A few months of use - excellent. I do not use it everyday, but I can report it has gone over a month without charging - and I only charged it because I had an important meeting that afternoon and did not want to chance a messed up beard. I like it very much and have barely used all the options.

Motor is weak compared to BG2040. It is lighter and the plastic is cheap. I feel if I drop it it will be destroyed. The motor is sliw, theblade is smaller in width. My BG2040 is a superior model. I dont like the 7000 at all.
