brought it for the washing of floor tiles as we have muddy dogs. advise sweep floor first before using the water head. this is the first hoover that i do actually use all the heads and tools as it is easy to change. can do all the house with one charge.

The extra power of the V15 over the V11 is superb on the first time using the V15 it picked up more from the carpets, even though i just used the V11 first. Having the ability to mop the floors after vacuuming them is perfect . Unlike a hand mop it doesn't over wet the floor, so it dries a lot...
