Previous silk epil 9 model was on its way out after 6 years, battery slowly dying so tweezers not picking up hair so decided to replace with this. Handle is much better, heads much the same. Button better than dial but find the setting button irritating as not easy to know what setting it's on....

I am delighted with this excellent epilator; I bought it to replace the older 9 model that I had been using for many years. Whilst that was also very effective, I find that the pivoting head, the handle, and the push button on this model make this much easier and faster to use.
