I had this Bissell cleaner for a while now. I've cleaned my carpets twice. I have a dog who roams around freely. Carpets have come out so clean. It's fantastic. And it picks out pet hairs. Drying within around a hour or two. Windows open warm day... Definitely will recommend this cleaner. I love it.

This machine is great, very easy to setup and clean after use, the handheld tool is perfect for stairs or cars etc. the carpets aren't left too damp afterwards and are sparkling clean, I would recommend. Don't forget to buy the Bissell cleaner solution too.

We got this one for our small house for a trial as asking a professional carpet cleaner is getting more and more expensive. Eventhough prelim results show it may not as clean as the pro one, we are happy with the cleanliness by this Bissell machine, which is handy and easy to use.

it's easy to use, I just spent 15 min to clean up my house. There is a tube being provided for cleaning the staircase, it's also easy to manage. However, it's unexpected to take almost 5 hours to dry up may be due to cold and humid, will try if it is better to clean the carpet in summer.
