Maintenance and repair policy (after sales services)

1. The device shall be received without any accessories, unless otherwise stated.

2.  Customers must take items to SACO’s Authorized Service Center by themselves if there was no authorized agent for such products.

3.  For all items that have authorized agents, customers must take the items to agent’s service centers by themselves.

4.  The warranty will be accepted only with a SACO approved invoice containing the device details.

5. The warranty will be invalid if the customer maintains the device outside the SACO maintenance center, or if the device is opened, tampered with, or modified. If SACO finds the possibility of maintenance, the customer will bear the cost of spare parts.

6.  The receiving receipt must be presented at the time of collection after maintenance.

7. The repair period might take up to 14 days from the date of receiving the item at the service center, not including the time needed to provide spare parts and to transport the device if the agent is not available in the region.

8. A Customer is required to examine and operate the repaired device before leaving the service center, and SACO shall not be responsible for the device after the customer leaves the service center.

9. A Customer is required to collect his repaired device/item within 60 days from the date of receiving the device at the service center or notifying the customer of completing the repair, otherwise SACO will not be responsible for any loss or further damage after the 60 days period, then SACO shall have the right to destroy or dispose the device at the customer’s cost.

10. SACO provides a 30-day Maintenance Warranty for items out of warranty for which the customer pays the repair cost.

11. For devices out of warranty, the customer shall pay non-refundable fees for the device’s inspection in advance upon delivery of the device at the maintenance center, in the amount determined by SACO according to the type of device. If the customer agrees to perform maintenance, the inspection fees will be deducted from the total cost of repairing the device. If the customer refuses to repair, the inspection fees paid in advance will not be refundable.

12. For devices out of warranty and in case of misuse, the repair period of 14 days will start from the day on which SACO receives the product and payment of service fees by the customer.
