It does what it says on the tin. Took some time getting used to the trigger button not being on top, and it takes a little longer to iron not being as hot on the contact point but overall it does a much better job and garments aren't being burnt.

I would highly recommend to anyone especially if you have problems with arthritis it's lightweight which is so much better than recent irons that have been so heavy.The steam is brilliant and can steam clothes hung on hangers brilliant iron you won't be disappointed would give it 10 out of 10.
