We are so pleased with this machine. There is a reusable filter on the drip coffee side and you can use a filter paper if preferred. The jug is big enough to do 4 to 5 mugs of coffee at a time. The drip coffee side all looks well build for the plastic part of the machine and it's easy to clean.
