This is a good coffe machine. Makes fresh coffee a dawdle. Two things potential purchasers need to be aware of 1. The descale light came on after only having a month. We have very soft water, so I was a bit surprised. The descale process is a pain in the backside.

This machine is awful. The coffee doesn’t come out hot. Even though it’s on the maxiumum coffee temperature setting. The steam wand is shocking. You have to wait for the machine to “heat up” and the steam button will then flash to let you know it’s hot enough for the steam wand now.
