it's been perfect for me. I only drink espresso so do not need any extras - and I won't use the 'disposable' cups (and don't have to for this). it makes the most delicious espresso (can customize the heat and volume). it is perfect in its simplicity and elegance. hoping it lasts forever.

I liked this machine. I worked great. Compact for the counter top. Unfortunately, after a week of use I had to return because the portafilter handle started creaking and loosening with a slight twist. I thought it was going to have a very short life. No option but to return the whole thing.

New to espresso, so not sure if every machine is unique in dialing in and preferred grind size, but this one seems to prefer a coarser grind than I would have expected. Not necessarily a bad thing, and overall it's a straightforward machine with a simple setup and everything works well.
