Took me a while to pull the trigger on this. Wanted one for some time but for me it was a lot of money. Finally got it. Used it. LOVE it!! Well made, sturdy. It DOES require a lot of elbow grease - it doesn't run itself!! Results were very good. Keep it rinsed out really well if you get one though.

A robust powerful deep cleaning machine. Surprisingly so. Very impressive cleaning action and string suction removes the water thoroughly back out of the carpet. Floor dried clean and fluffy with no remaining smell. Once dry hoovered over and smelt as good as new.
