The Board of Directors of Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period first quarter 2016 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 36 Millions
2.Dividend per share SAR 1.5
3.Dividend represent 15% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on 05/05/2016
5.Details of dividend distribution date : 19/05/2016
