Pursuant to its previous announcement in its prospectus related to the fire incident at Al Takhasosi store in Riyadh on 11/09/2013 , SACO has received on 07/01/2016, the amount of full and final settlement with Allianz Saudi Fransi regarding the damage caused by fire on 11/09/2013.
The amount finally agreed reached SAR 23.8 million, This settlement will have a net positive on the income statement for the fourth quarter 2015.
