With reference to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers dated Monday 17 Rabi Al-Awwal 1437 corresponding to December 28, 2015 regarding the increase in the prices of energy products and electricity tariffs, SACO wishes to announce to its shareholders that the expected increase to the company yearly expenses ranges between 4 to 6 Million SR. the Increased costs will affect the financial results of 2016, the Company will exert its maximum efforts to reduce this impact on the company financial results.
