These Terms and Conditions apply for the Cashback Guarantee Offer for selected Philips products, valid until Jun 30^th 2023, or whilst stock lasts, whichever comes first (the “Validity Period”).

Products included in the offer:

1. When customers buy one of the vacuums included in the offer from SACO, they can try the product for a duration up to 30 days and return it within 30 days of purchase date in case if they were not satisfied with it.

2. This offer is available at SACO Stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

3. Customer can return the product to any SACO store; return cannot be done through delivery service.

4. If customer was not fully satisfied about the qualified product within 30 days of trial usage, they can fill in the claim form available at SACO stores for money back guarantee and return the product to SACO.

5. Product must be returned with the original purchasing invoice.

6. If the form is approved, the purchase amount mentioned in the purchase invoice will be returned using the same payment method used on the invoice and according to the return and exchange policy of SACO.

7. Customer must ensure that all personal info mentioned on the form are accurate. All forms with incomplete fields, unclear info, or ununderstood wording will be rejected.

8. Each family will be allowed to use up to 2 forms only.

9. By redeeming the offer, the customer is indicating his agreement to be bound by these special terms and conditions governing this offer only. The other generic Terms and Conditions of SACO will continue to apply unless it contradicts with these special terms.

10. Customer must use the qualified product according to the recommended usage method. Any misuse that might lead to damage might lead to claim form rejection.

11. The product must be returned in original packaging and working condition including all the accessories. Both, product and accessories should be without any dents, scratches, or damages resulted because of misuse.

12. SACO reserve the right at any time to review the accuracy of any claim forms and reserve the right at its sole discretion to disregard any claims that do not comply with terms and conditions.

13. Once the product return process is successfully performed, the customer will not be able to take it once more.

14. This Offer may not be combined with any other ongoing or future promotion/offers.

15. SACO shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to suspend, terminate, or modify the Offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.

16. SACO shall not be liable to the customer for any losses and/or delays and/or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Order Offer.

17. By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
